Do you charge to diagnose a problem with my vehicle?
We do not charge a diagnostic fee for any service.
Will you check for any other issues when servicing my vehicle?
We’ll perform an under hood and chassis visual inspection as part of all of our automotive services. While we’ll never pressure you to buy additional services, we’ll make you aware of a service your vehicle may need based on our multi faceted inspection process.
Our philosophy is an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Fixing minor issues promptly is always cheaper in the long run.
Should I use synthetic oil with my vehicle?
Most modern vehicles require synthetic oil for proper maintenance and performance. When you come to Springfield Express Lube we’ll let you know if your vehicle needs synthetic oil. You may also find this information in your owner’s manual.
What vehicle manufacturers do you service?
We service all vehicle manufacturers sold in North America. Have an older vintage vehicle or a foreign car? Contact us and we’ll let you know if we can service your vehicle.
