Scappoose Express Lube & Car Wash is a DEQ Too participant which authorizes us to submit your vehicle’s emission data to DEQ.

If your Oregon licensed vehicle is 2005 model year or newer Scappoose Express Lube & Car Wash can submit your emission data directly to Oregon DEQ saving you a trip to the DEQ test center! In minutes you’ll know if DEQ passed your vehicle.

If passed, you submit your test and registration payment online with vehicle stickers arriving in 3 to 5 business days. It’s that easy!

Our data transmission fee is only $10 (DEQ does not require or set the fee and none of the fee goes to DEQ). For more additional information visit www.DEQToo.org.
